When Simon engaged with IDEO, our website stack was in the process of migration onto a newer hosting platform, using a new codebase, and backed by a new CMS system. He did not have the benefit of overlap and knowledge transfer with the original site developers but worked quickly to get us migrated to a modern and properly managed technology stack. This was no small feat considering the site at the time consisted of three versions all with different stakeholders, languages, and content update processes. Once the site was migrated, he had been an excellent collaborator and provided top-notch support and communication. He handled regular site improvements and content updates through our ticketing process with prompt attention and clear communication.
